Marcus Colson, Business Development Manager

Marcus joined our IFG team in November of 2011.

After earning his degree from Indiana University, Marcus worked with Paychex, Inc. to make payroll fast and easy for small and medium sized businesses. He is a past Regional Sales Manager for banc-serv PARTNERS, LLC, offering community banks assistance with SBA loans. Marcus then took the position of Chief Operating Officer with Sycamore Commercial Lending, LLC, located in the Indianapolis market connecting small business owners with lending facilities to match their needs.

Marcus has been an active associate member of the Indiana Bankers Association, the National Association of Government Guaranteed Lenders, and the National Restaurant Association.

Marcus is also the co-founder and owner of Pizza By The Harbour in Noblesville. He and his wife Bethany reside in Fishers, Indiana.

Jim and Connie Hayes live in Kokomo, Indiana and participate in community programs. They belong to the Kokomo/Howard County Chamber of Commerce. Jim served six years as a member of the Board of Directors for a local charity, Samaritan Caregivers and a member of the Up With People International Alumni Association. Both Jim and Connie have a desire to strengthen the economy of cities in central and north central Indiana and realize that the real business strength of America is her small businesses.

Jim has run his own small business since 2001 and has held sales and marketing positions with several area companies since 1971.

Connie was an engineer with Delphi (formerly Delco) for twenty-two years. She decided to leave the big corporate community to achieve her own dreams as a business owner helping other businesses.

When they're not working, Jim and Connie enjoy cycling, hiking and backpacking for recreation and adventure.
