Jim and Connie Hayes live in Kokomo, Indiana and participate in community programs.  They belong to two area Chambers of Commerce. They are the Kokomo/Howard County and the Peru/Miami County Chambers.  Jim is in his fifth year as a member of the  Board of Directors for a local charity, Samaritan Caregivers and a member of the Up With People International Alumni Association.  Both Jim and Connie have a desire to strengthen the economy of cities in central and north central Indiana and realize that the real business strength of America is her small businesses.

Connie was an engineer with Delphi (formerly Delco) for twenty-two years.  She decided to leave the big corporate community to achieve her own dreams as a business owner helping other businesses.

When they're not working, Jim and Connie enjoy cycling, hiking and backpacking for recreation and adventure.
